Your satisfaction is our goal! If you encounter any issues with your product after receiving it, please don’t rush into initiating an order dispute. Kindly reach out to our customer service team at support@oiziz.com with details of the issue and any relevant pictures. We’ll do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction and resolve the matter.
Before placing your return/exchange request, please ensure that your item is eligible.
You have the right to return your item(s) if they have any of the following issues:
- Wrong size
- Defective items
- Missing items
- Items that are significantly different from our store description
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that:
- Customized
- Ordered by mistake.
- Have been used or washed
- Show signs of stains or damage
- Change of mind / No longer wants it.
- Do not fit properly but were made accurately.
Exchange Policy
If you receive an item with a color or size mismatch, please keep the product in its original condition and contact our customer service team at support@oiziz.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We will process your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Important notes:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange under this policy.
- A size discrepancy of 1-2 inches is considered normal.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Return Policy
If you received a wrong item, please keep it in its original condition and reach out to our customer service team., please keep it in original condition and contact our customer service team at support@oiziz.com as soon as possible. After we confirm the situation, we will guide you through the return process. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 3 days after we receive the tracking number you provide, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 3-5 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Important notes:
- Please return the product within 2 weeks.
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return under this policy.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned items, we will conduct a careful inspection to confirm they remain in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Depending on our assessment, we will either issue a full refund, repair the item, or provide a replacement. We will keep you informed of our decision via email. If your return aligns with our criteria and you provide the necessary photos of any product defects along with the shipping label, we will expedite a full refund to your original payment method within 3-10 business days upon confirmation of the return package.
Important notes:
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for discount refunds.
- For lost packages, we will gladly send a replacement but cannot issue a refund.
- We do not provide refunds or reshipments for packages that have been signed for with proof of receipt.
Other Situations
Order Cancellation / Changes
Please carefully review your order before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after your order is placed. We appreciate your confirmation.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it ships. Cancellations of customized orders already in progress will incur a 30% handling fee. If the order has already shipped or cannot be located in the shipping containers, no cancellation or changes can be made.
Wrong Delivery Address
If you realize that the delivery address you provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible before the product has been shipped, so we can assist in correcting the address.
Package Lost
For some reason, if your package is lost during transportation, we will contact the carrier as soon as possible to find your package. However, if it cannot be found, we will arrange for you to resend the order. Please know that we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred to reship or retrieve a package. The shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
About Dispute
Thank you for your purchase! We sincerely recommend avoiding a dispute process, as it may not be the best option for either side and can lead to a hold on your funds by the bank for up to 90 days.
